For those who are not familiar, Mackinac Island is a small island in Lake Huron just east of Mackinaw City. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the island by ferry. There are no cars on the island, so you’ll need to walk, bike, or take a horse-drawn taxi to Mission Point. The resort is 0.5 miles from the docks.
